Joana Alves Cardoso represents the values implemented in our practise.

Throughout her career as a lawyer she has demonstrated a special interest in commercial, finance and family law, and prides herself in always working closely and in a straight-forward manner with the clients.

Her professional career has enabled her with the opportunity to advise various entities from local to multinational corporations and individual clients. Additionally, she actively takes part in various international organisations. She is the President of the UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats) Commission of International Estate Planning and founding member of the AIJUDEFA (Asociación Internacional de Juristas de Derecho de Familia). She has also been actively contributing for both organisations as a speaker in several sessions on Family Law and International Estate Planning.

She maintains close-knit international cooperation with law firms located in different jurisdictions that are fostered in excellence, reciprocity and integrity, generating greater connectivity with the clients.
